Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Executive, located in Karnal. The Reservations Executive will be responsible for handling booking and reservation inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will assist with sales and promotions, work closely with other departments to coordinate guest needs, and maintain accurate records of reservations. Additionally, the role involves responding to guest inquiries, managing communications, and helping optimize the guest experience at DLS Hotels.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and handle Reservations
• Experience in Sales and an understanding of hospitality services
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Prior experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is beneficial
