Currently, we operate Amrit Bhawan, a serene retreat located by the Ganga in Haridwar, Uttarakhand. The second property is under construction and planned to open in 2027. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Reservations Executive, based in Noida Corporate office. Initial based will be in Haridwar for starting 60 days to know the property inch by inch. But one should be ready for travelling to Uttarkhand, if required. The primary responsibilities include managing booking inquiries, coordinating reservations, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales through emails, attending calls. The role also involves liaising directly with guests, ensuring seamless communication, and promoting the properties to potential clients. The executive will play an integral role in ensuring a smooth booking process and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with guests and resolve inquiries.
• Proficiency in Reservations and Customer Satisfaction to manage bookings and ensure a positive guest experience
• Sales skills to promote and enhance service offerings and manage client relationships effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry, experience in boutique accommodations is a plus
• Proficiency in reservation management software Ezee Absolut and basic computer skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative on-site team environment.
