Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Reservation and Sales associate located in Haridwar. Responsibilities include efficiently handling bookings and reservations, managing communication with guests, providing exemplary customer service, assisting with receptionist duties, and collaborating with the food and beverage team to enhance guest experiences. The role requires attention to detail and a passion for hospitality to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for guest interaction and coordination
• Proficiency in Reservations and Customer Service
• Experience with Receptionist Duties to manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
• Familiarity with Food & Beverage services to assist in delivering a seamless guest experience
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of reservation software
