Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and motivated Franchise Sales Associate to connect with potential franchise partners who have shown interest in joining our brand. You will be the first point of contact, educating leads about our franchise model, qualifying their interest, and guiding them through the initial steps of our onboarding process. Key Responsibilities: Call and follow up with leads who have expressed interest in Chai Fast franchise opportunities Explain the franchise model, investment details, and brand benefits in a professional and convincing manner Understand the lead’s motivation, budget, location preference, and fit for the brand Schedule meetings or demo sessions with the senior franchise development team Maintain lead records, update CRM, and share daily reports Build trust and relationships with prospects to move them further in the decision-making journey Assist in organizing franchise webinars, discovery calls, and meetups (if needed) Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (any stream) preferred 0–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, or customer service (F&B/franchise industry is a plus) Strong verbal communication and presentation skills Fluent in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus) Persuasive, confident, and well-organized Comfortable working with targets and reporting metrics What We Offer: Fixed salary + attractive performance-based incentives Opportunity to grow into Franchise Manager or Business Development roles Dynamic startup culture with rapid learning Be part of a brand that’s expanding across India Training and mentorship from experienced professionals Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹9,851.63 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Compensation Package: Commission pay Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 8147612421
