Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that suit their style and needs
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of current inventory, new arrivals, and promotional offers
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales
• Ensure the shop floor is tidy, organized, and visually appealing
• Handle billing, exchanges, and returns professionally
• Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with the team to manage stock and restocking
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and trends

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail or sales (clothing/fashion preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fashion and styling
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Friendly, proactive, and customer-centric attitude
