The Business Development Associate role at S & S Brokerage involves driving new business leads and sales generation. Your primary responsibilities will include cultivating strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and leveraging your sales and logistics expertise. You are expected to excel in communication and interpersonal skills to succeed in this role. As a Business Development Executive, you will focus on promoting services and negotiating contracts to enhance profitability. Your key tasks will involve sourcing new leads through various channels, including self-sourcing, references, and cold calling. You will engage with potential clients, pitch service offerings, address customer objections effectively, and nurture long-term relationships with portfolio customers for sustained business and referrals. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying and developing logistics opportunities at a national level. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund.
