About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to help us expand our client base and promote our innovative lead generation platform. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and a proven ability to close deals in a competitive environment.

You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting our solutions effectively, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, networking, and social media.
• Present and demonstrate LeadSwap AI’s products and services to decision-makers.
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions that meet their business goals.
• Manage the entire sales process — from lead generation to closing the deal.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide market feedback and insights to improve product offerings and strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or technology solutions (experience in lead generation tools is a plus).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation concepts.
• Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic office tools.

Pay: ₹9,022.69 - ₹39,356.14 per month
