We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Representative to join Shabco Properties & Builders Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have 1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably with a civil engineering backgroundor knowledge of the construction industry. The role involves meeting potential clients, understanding their project requirements, presenting our services, and effectively closing business deals. Leads will be provided by the marketing team, and the candidate is expected to maintain strong client relationships and follow up to ensure conversions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential. This role offers high incentives and a rewarding career path for ambitious professionals who are passionate about real estate and construction sales. Location: Malappuram / Calicut.
