We are hiring **Civil Site Supervisors** for our ongoing projects in **Palakkad, Kerala**. Candidates with **ITI, Diploma, or B.Tech in Civil Engineering** and **0–1 year of experience** (freshers welcome) can apply. The role involves assisting the project engineer in daily site supervision, ensuring work quality and safety, maintaining daily site logs and material records, coordinating with labour teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, and reporting progress to the project manager. Applicants must have a basic understanding of civil drawings, good communication skills, and a willingness to travel within Palakkad district. Preference will be given to **candidates from Palakkad**. Salary offered is **₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month**, based on qualification and performance. On-site training, guidance from senior engineers, and growth opportunities will be provided. **Immediate joiners preferred.**
