Patride is seeking passionate and driven Freshers to join our growing sales team in Gwalior. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain valuable experience, develop strong sales skills, and contribute to the success of our organization. As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. We're looking for individuals with a strong desire to learn, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential leads and new business opportunities. Conduct outbound calls and meetings to introduce Patride's products/services to prospective clients. Clearly articulate the value proposition of Patride's offerings. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. A positive attitude , self-motivation, and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive and results-oriented approach. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, internet Browse).
