Sales Representative OD Prime II

As a Sales Representative at our company, your role will involve selling a subset of products or services directly or through partners to small-and-medium sized accounts. You will be responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory. This position combines aspects of both a Field Sales Representative and an Inside Sales Representative. Key Responsibilities: - Work towards achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within your assigned territory - Utilize inbound and/or outbound techniques to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities - Manage accounts throughout the entire sales process and collaborate with team members in business development, consulting, and support to uncover all customer needs - Understand Oracle's product offerings and competitive issues to develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application - Travel to customer sites to identify and develop sales opportunities - Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition - Conduct onsite customer presentations with C-level executives to negotiate and close strategic and complex deals - Liaise with customer contacts to manage the customer relationship, identify new opportunities, and maximize sales Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to understand complex technical products and solutions - Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed Please note that the territory you will cover does not have an Inside Sales Representative or Field Representative.
