Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term relationships with clients. This role demands excellent communication skills, persistence, and a passion for customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers. Negotiate deals and close sales effectively. Keep records of sales, revenue, and customer data. Participate in promotional activities or events. Coordinate with internal teams for timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). Proven sales experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM software).
