About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Representative to manage and grow our business operations in Morena. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, increasing product availability, and maintaining strong trade relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit distributors and retailers to promote Mehta Tea products.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Ensure proper product display and strong brand visibility in outlets.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand product reach.
• Share market insights and competitor activities with the management team.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years in FMCG sales (Tea/Detergent experience preferred).
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented.
