Sales Representative

• We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The Sales Rep will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role involves both prospecting and managing existing accounts to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead follow-up
• Conduct product presentations and sales meetings with prospective clients
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, product development) to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, industry trends, and competition

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role (1–3+ years preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
• Ability to travel as needed (if required by the role)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not always required)

Any Degree with good communication skills.
