Sales Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, customer relationships, and achieving targets. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

• Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
• Product Knowledge: Understand the products/services inside out to effectively communicate benefits and answer client queries.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports for management.
• Negotiation & Closing: Effectively negotiate terms and close deals that benefit both the client and the company.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
