We are seeking a dynamic **Sales Representative** to join our growing team and play a key role in expanding and maintaining our customer base.

Job Summary:

The **Sales Representative** will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving rental sales, and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients. The role requires strong business development skills, customer service orientation, and industry knowledge to achieve sales targets and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve rental business targets in the **Forklift & Material Handling equipments, Housekeeping Machinery, and Road Sweeping Machine** segments.

* Identify, prospect, and convert potential customers in the assigned territory.

* Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand requirements and propose suitable rental solutions.

* Negotiate rental terms, prepare proposals, and close deals in line with company policies.

* Coordinate with the operations and service team to ensure smooth delivery, maintenance, and customer satisfaction.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

* Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market developments.

* Represent the company professionally in exhibitions, client meetings, and networking events.

Key Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

* Proven experience in **sales/business development** (preferably in equipment rental, machinery, or industrial solutions).

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to build strong client relationships and maintain existing accounts.

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

* Familiarity with the **Material handling, housekeeping, or road cleaning equipment** industry will be an advantage.

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

* Willingness to travel for client visits and business development activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
