Key Responsibilities: Identify, visit, and onboard new clients within assigned territory. Conduct field sales visits daily to retail shops, wholesalers, corporate buyers, and channel partners. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Promote company products and explain benefits/technical features. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Manage orders, payments, and ensure timely deliveries. Report daily field activities and customer feedback to management. Monitor local market trends and competitor activities. Support trade shows, exhibitions, or dealer meets when required. --- Requirements: Proven experience in field sales or direct marketing (preferred). Strong local market knowledge. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel daily.
