As a Sales Executive for premium business coaching events, your role involves managing an international sales process with a focus on US-based leads. You will conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, and SMS to engage potential customers, delivering persuasive sales pitches tailored to their needs. Your responsibilities include converting leads into ticket sales, upselling additional services, and building long-term relationships with prospects. Key Responsibilities: - Manage an international sales process targeting US-based leads - Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, and SMS to engage potential customers - Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs of US customers - Convert leads into ticket sales through effective objection handling - Upsell additional services or event packages to increase revenue - Build long-term relationships with prospects to foster trust and loyalty - Maintain accurate sales records and updated lead statuses in the CRM system - Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaign goals - Stay informed about event features, benefits, and unique selling points to effectively position them in conversations Qualifications Required: - Fluent English communication skills with a strong American accent - Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in an international or US sales process - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously - Experience with CRM tools and sales software - Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented - Comfortable working during US business hours - Ability to handle objections effectively and close high-ticket sales If you join this role, you will have the opportunity to work in an international sales process for premium US-based clients.
