Sales Representative

About Us:

We are a fast-growing wellness & nutrition brand helping clients transform their health with personalized programs. We are looking for a passionate Female Sales Representative who can connect with clients, understand their needs, and guide them towards the right program.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound leads from ads, messages, WhatsApp, and calls.

* Understand customer goals, health concerns, and requirements.

* Explain product/program features clearly and confidently.

* Build trust and rapport with clients to improve conversions.

* Follow a structured sales script and maintain a helpful tone.

* Maintain CRM entries, follow-ups, and daily reporting.

* Meet and exceed weekly & monthly sales targets.

* Coordinate with the operations and nutrition team for client onboarding.

* Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

* Ability to handle objections calmly and confidently.

* Basic understanding of health, fitness, or nutrition is a plus (training will be provided).

* Good command over English & Hindi.

* Experience in telesales, counselling, or customer service preferred.

* Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.

* Comfortable working with WhatsApp, CRM tools, and Google Sheets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
