Job Description

As a Sales Professional at Medtronic, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets. Your role will involve developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders such as distributors and healthcare professionals. You will pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and services. Additionally, you will promote and establish education of the company's products and services, conduct market research, and implement market development plans/strategies as needed. Your communication skills will be crucial as you will be required to provide customer feedback on new products or modifications to existing products to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations, and Marketing. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services to meet or exceed sales targets - Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals - Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits - Conduct market research including customers and competitors activities - Implement market development plans/strategies - Communicate customer feedback on new products or modifications to internal stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree (B Pharma/B.Tech/B Sc/BCA) - Minimum of 3-6 years of relevant work experience in the healthcare field - Practical knowledge of sales techniques and job area - Ability to work independently with general supervision At Medtronic, you'll be part of a global team of passionate individuals working towards the mission of alleviating pain, restoring health, and extending life.
