Job Responsibilities:
Visit assigned market areas to generate sales and build strong customer relationships.
Promote company products and achieve monthly sales targets.
Identify new prospects, convert leads, and follow up with existing clients.
Collect customer requirements and feedback to support business growth.
Maintain daily sales reports, customer visit details, and order updates.
Coordinate with the internal team for dispatch, product availability, and customer support.
Ensure proper market coverage, timely reporting, and professional communication.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in field sales or marketing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of sales processes, reporting, and documentation.
Ability to work independently, travel as required, and meet sales targets.
Positive attitude, professional conduct, and problem-solving ability.
