Sales Representatives

You are urgently hiring Sales Representatives for the FMCG Industry at Hogla Pvt. Ltd. in Guwahati and Tezpur. Candidates should be residents of these areas or possess strong local knowledge. The position available is Sales Representative (SR) with a monthly take-home salary ranging from 15,000 to 20,000. Additional benefits include PF, Traveling Allowance (TA), and performance-based incentives. To be eligible, candidates must have a minimum of Graduation qualification, at least 3 years of experience in FMCG sales, and be aged between 25 to 40 years (age no bar for the right candidate). Other requirements include good communication skills, proficiency in the local language, strong knowledge of local markets and areas, as well as owning a two-wheeler with a valid driving license. Key responsibilities of the role involve identifying and appointing new distributors and retail partners, maintaining and increasing secondary sales in the region, conducting regular market visits to ensure product visibility and availability, executing company sales strategies and promotional activities, and establishing strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
