Urgent Hiring – Sales Representatives | FMCG Industry
Company: Hogla Pvt. Ltd.

Position:

Sales Representative (SR)

Job Location:

Tezpur
Candidates must be residents of these areas or have strong local knowledge.

Salary & Benefits:

Take Home Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Additional Benefits:
PF, Traveling Allowance (TA), Incentives based on performance etc.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduation (Minimum)
Experience: Minimum 3 years in FMCG sales
Age: 25 – 40 years (Age no bar for the right candidate)
Other Requirements:
Good communication skills
Must know the local language
Strong knowledge of local markets and areas
Two-wheeler with valid driving license

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and appoint new distributors and retail partners in the assigned territory.
Maintain and grow secondary sales in the region.
Regular market visits to ensure product visibility and availability.
Execute company sales strategies and promotional activities.
Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
