Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

Conduct regular visits to architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to secure product specifications.

Project Identification & Pipeline Management

Generate leads and identify new projects through market visits, networking, and referrals.
Maintain a structured project pipeline from initial inquiry to final order and installation.

Technical Product Selling

Conduct compelling product presentations and mock-ups, focusing on design, performance, and application.
Represent the company at exhibitions, architect meets, and other promotional events.

Order Management & Negotiation

Follow up on quotations, samples, and approvals to close sales.
Participate in price discussions, recommend discounts as per policy, and assist in final negotiations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and execution support.

Reporting & Market Intelligence

Submit daily/weekly visit reports, customer updates, and competitor insights.
Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and collection projections.
Collect feedback post-delivery or installation and take proactive steps to resolve concerns.
Manage claims or complaints in coordination with internal teams and ensure documentation is complete.

Payment & Credit Follow-ups

Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients to ensure timely collections
