Key Responsibilities AGGRESSIVE LEAD GENERATION & COLD CALLING : Must be willing to work in the Field and approach any business (B2C or B2B) to sell Digital Marketing services. HIGH PRESSURE SALES & TARGET ACHIEVEMENT : High Pressure sales job with STEEP monthly sales targets. OUTCOME FOCUS CONSULTATIVE SELLING: Person should be able to deliver results , month after month. Able to thrive under pressure, with a "results matter more than effort philosophy. LASER FOCUSSED ON DEAL CLOSURE: Needs to be laser focussed on closure and executing business Prospecting and Lead Generation Identify potential clients across various industries who can benefit from our Digital Creative and IT services. Utilize multiple channels cold calling, networking events, social media, and referralsto develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Consultative Selling Conduct in-depth discussions with prospects to understand their unique challenges and objectives. Present a clear value proposition by aligning our Graphic Design, Video Editing, SEO, Website Design & Development, and Mobile App Development services to each clients specific needs. Proposal Creation and Delivery Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to create customized proposals and pitch materials. Conduct engaging presentations and product demos that illustrate how our solutions can drive clients business growth. Client Relationship Management Nurture and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing questions, concerns, and feedback. Monitor project outcomes to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Market Intelligence and Feedback Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to Digital Creative & IT services. Gather and relay market feedback to guide the evolution of service offerings and marketing strategies. Sales Administration Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of all sales-related activities, including prospect interactions and pipeline status, in CRM software. Qualifications and Skills Experience: At least 4-6 years of successful sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, IT services, or related fields. Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of Graphic Design, Video Editing, SEO, and Website/Mobile App Development processes (you dont need to be a technical expert, but familiarity is a plus). Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to deliver compelling presentations and proposals. Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively, close deals, and secure profitable long-term partnerships. Customer-Focused: A consultative approach to sales; able to listen, understand, and propose tailored solutions that deliver measurable value. Self-Motivated: Proactive attitude with the drive to meet and exceed sales goals; comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to handle objections and provide innovative solutions.
