Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Jalandhar. The Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining and growing our customer base by providing excellent customer service, understanding customer needs, and offering suitable products. Daily tasks include contacting and visiting potential and existing customers, managing sales accounts, processing orders, and following up on customer inquiries. The Sales Representative will also help set up promotions, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with the foodservice industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
