Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, identifying their needs, and providing them with the right solar products and solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of the solar industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for renewable energy. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Actively prospect for new clients, including solar installers, EPC companies, and developers, through cold calls, emails, and networking. Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotes, and product information to potential clients. Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales effectively. Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, providing technical support, and resolving issues promptly. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system. Product Knowledge & Market Intelligence: Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio, including technical specifications, features, and benefits. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Attend trade shows, conferences, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and networking. Reporting & Administration: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the sales manager. Collaborate with the logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the solar, renewable energy, or a related technical field. Strong knowledge of solar energy systems and components (panels, inverters, batteries, etc.) is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Results-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is a plus. What We Offer: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
