Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in the automotive aftermarket sales industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong background in industrial or automotive sales.

Roles and Responsibility

Appoint industrial retailers in industrial hubs and associate them with respective dealers.
Manage dealer performance and execute ATL/BTL marketing plans.
Generate on-ground demand from MSMEs and attend customer complaints from small and large industries.
Coordinate with R&D for resolution and deliver revenue targets.
Engage and manage influencer networks.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive or industrial sector.
Strong knowledge of bearings, field sales, and walk-in sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
