To expand our presence in the Bihar market, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative.

Job Summary

The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling PET preforms to water bottling plants, beverage manufacturers, packaging units, jar manufacturers, and distributors across Bihar. The role requires market knowledge, customer relationship management, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers for PET preforms in assigned regions of Bihar.
• Promote and sell PET preforms used for water bottles, fridge bottles, and jars.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Conduct market visits, understand customer requirements, and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and sample requests.
• Monitor competitor activities and share market insights with management.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain proper records of sales, collections, and customer feedback.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 1–5 years in sales (preferably in PET preforms, packaging products, plastics, FMCG packaging, or related industries).
• Education: Minimum 12th pass; Diploma/Graduation preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively across Bihar.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented.
