Job Title: Telecaller Company: Systro Dynamics Private Limited Location: On Site Job Type: Full-time Job Description: Systro Dynamics Private Limited, a leading provider of home automation solutions, is looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing them to our cutting-edge automation solutions, and scheduling meetings for senior sales executives. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to architects, consultants, and potential clients to generate leads. Clearly communicate the features and benefits of our home automation solutions. Build and maintain a database of contacts and track call progress. Schedule meetings for senior sales executives with interested prospects. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and keep them engaged. Handle basic inquiries and provide necessary information to potential clients. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Proficiency in Spoken English. Confidence in making cold calls and handling objections. Ability to maintain accurate records and follow up effectively. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools are a plus.
