The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, educating them about our digital marketing services, and converting leads into sales. The role involves making outbound calls, handling customer queries, and working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities:Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, introduce our digital marketing services, and generate interest. Lead Qualification: Assess the needs of prospective clients and qualify leads based on their interest in digital marketing services. Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements, provide tailored solutions, and upsell digital marketing packages. Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to nurture leads and close sales. CRM Management: Record call details, client information, and sales status in the CRM system. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual sales targets through effective calling and conversion strategies. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and services to provide accurate information to clients. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience. Required Skills:Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with a professional tone. Sales & Persuasion Skills: Ability to convince prospects and close deals effectively. Knowledge of Digital Marketing: Understanding of digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, etc.) and their benefits. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to customer needs and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Preferred Qualifications:Experience in telemarketing or telesales (preferably in the digital marketing industry). Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, or related digital marketing services. Previous experience in a target-driven environment. Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field (preferred, but not mandatory).
