Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative at our growing solar energy and power solutions business in Tezpur, Assam, your role will involve actively promoting our solar power solutions and inverter batteries to organizations. You will engage with potential clients such as schools, colleges, hospitals, businesses, and other institutions in and around Tezpur to drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include conducting sales presentations, identifying customer needs, building strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the operations/installation team for project delivery. It is essential to stay updated on solar energy products, features, and benefits. Key Responsibilities: - Visit potential clients in Tezpur and nearby areas. - Conduct sales presentations and pitches for solar power setups and inverter battery solutions. - Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and packages. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects. - Meet sales targets and provide regular progress reports. - Collaborate with the operations/installation team for smooth project delivery. - Stay updated on solar energy products, features, and benefits. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 12 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar, batteries, or related fields. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Willingness to travel within Tezpur and nearby areas. - Self-driven with the ability to work independently. - Basic understanding of solar/inverter products (training will be provided).
