Job Description

As an Insurance Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales through assigned Bank Branches. You will be coordinating between the Bank and our company, ensuring a smooth process from lead generation to policy conversion. Additionally, you will be required to follow up with the Operations team of Banks. Building and nurturing mutually beneficial relationships with the Bank to aid in client acquisition will be a key part of your role. You will also be responsible for gathering and analyzing customer requirements to pitch the most suitable products. Handling objections and grievances effectively and providing timely solutions will be crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction. In this role, you will also be expected to guide and mentor new team members, ensuring they meet the required deliverables and uphold company values. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Additionally, you will be eligible for health insurance, Provident Fund, and performance bonuses.
