Sales Relationship Manager

As an Insurance Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales through assigned Bank Branches. You will be coordinating between the Bank and our company, ensuring a smooth process from lead generation to policy conversion. Additionally, you will be required to follow up with the Operations team of Banks. - Building and nurturing mutually beneficial relationships with the Bank to aid in client acquisition. - Gathering and analyzing customer requirements to pitch the most suitable products. - Handling objections and grievances effectively and providing timely solutions. - Guiding and mentoring new team members to meet the required deliverables and uphold company values. - Prior experience in sales or insurance industry preferred. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team and mentor junior team members. - Understanding of customer requirements and ability to recommend suitable products.,
