Sales Recruiter

As a Bench Sales Recruiter located in Vadodara, you will be responsible for recruiting, sourcing, screening, and negotiating with candidates in the IT industry during the US Shift (Night Shift). Your role will require you to have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field along with 1-5 years of experience in a similar position. Your primary duties will include identifying and evaluating potential candidates for contract positions, establishing and nurturing relationships with qualified IT professionals, conducting interviews to assess skills and qualifications, and negotiating rates and terms with consultants. Additionally, you will be expected to match candidates with suitable job opportunities, collaborate with account managers and clients to understand their requirements, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the IT industry and current market trends, strong sourcing and screening abilities, familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software, as well as the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to provide regular updates and feedback to candidates and clients are also essential for success in this position.,
