Role: Sales Executive

About The Opportunity

We operate in the Real Estate sector, delivering on-the-ground sales across key Indian markets. This on-site role is ideal for a target-driven sales professional who thrives in field engagement, customer acquisition, and territory expansion.Role & Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end sales activities across assigned territories: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals to meet monthly targets.
  • Generate and convert leads through field visits, cold outreach, and scheduled client meetings to build a reliable sales pipeline.
  • Manage and grow relationships with walk-in and enterprise customers to maximise wallet share and repeat business.
  • Accurately maintain CRM records (leads, activities, opportunities, and closure reasons) and provide weekly pipeline reports to sales leadership.
  • Execute territory planning and route optimization to maximise face-to-face customer interactions and conversion velocity.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to coordinate demos, property visits, and promotional campaigns that drive conversions.
