Sales Promoter

As a Sales Promoter at Mehta Tea Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibility will be to promote Mehta Tea at retail shops in Gwalior. You will be required to build strong relationships with retailers and distributors, ensuring visibility, display, and stock availability of our products. Conducting sampling and small in-store promotions will also be part of your daily tasks. Your key objective will be to achieve sales targets and submit daily reports to track your progress. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 12 years of experience in FMCG sales/promotion, with a good understanding of the local market in Gwalior. Strong communication and convincing skills are essential to effectively engage with retailers and drive sales.
