As a Sales Promoter, you will be responsible for promoting products, engaging with customers, and driving in-store sales performance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Actively promoting and demonstrating products to potential customers in the showroom. - Assisting customers in understanding product features, benefits, and usage. - Achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to overall store performance. - Maintaining product displays and ensuring the showroom is neat and presentable. - Providing customer feedback and market insights to the sales team. - Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Qualifications required for this role include: - Previous experience in showroom sales, particularly in retail or consumer goods, is preferable. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to convince and engage customers effectively. - Presentable, proactive, and customer-oriented personality. - Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply. The company prefers immediate joiners and candidates residing near the location. Sales knowledge in Non-Electric Devices or Multimedia Speakers is a plus. This is a Full-time, Part-time, or Contractual / Temporary position with a contract length of 3 months. The expected work hours are 56 per week. Experience in Counter Sales for at least 1 year is required. The work location is in person.
