Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the
daily operations
of the franchise and ensure smooth functioning
Achieve
daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
as assigned by the Branch Manager
Ensure
Pre-Counseling Preparedness (PCP)
in accordance with company standards
Maintain personal
grooming and presentation
as per SOP guidelines
Follow all procedures for
enquiry management and booking
as outlined in the SOP manual
Handle customer enquiries via
walk-ins, telephone, emails, city PSAs, and travel agents
Provide customers with
comprehensive product and pricing details
to support informed decision-making
Build and maintain strong
relationships with city PSAs and travel agents (TAs)
to generate and convert leads
Meet the defined
query turnaround time (TAT)
as per SOP
Initiate
telesales follow-up calls
to drive
sales closures and booking conversions
Coordinate with the
service/delivery team
to ensure a seamless post-sales experience
Maintain
customer satisfaction levels at 95% or above
throughout the engagement cycle
Ensure
adherence to all company policies and systems
in day-to-day activities

sales targets and handle customer queries
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in follow-ups
Team player with the ability to
work independently under pressure
Customer-focused with a drive to maintain high
satisfaction levels
