Key Responsibilities
Generate, identify, and qualify new business opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, and online channels.
Conduct professional presentations, pitches, and follow-ups with potential clients.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with company offerings.
Build, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with consistency.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or tracking systems.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to support business strategy.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in sales; service-based or event industry experience adds value.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-driven attitude with a strong focus on achieving results.
