Sales Professional in indiamart

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and respond to daily inquiries received through IndiaMART and other B2B platforms.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into orders.
• Maintain and update product listings on IndiaMART and ensure accurate and attractive product presentation.
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch team to ensure timely delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare daily / weekly reports of inquiries, leads, and sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Gather market intelligence and report competitors’ activities.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience in sales, telecalling, or online B2B portals like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, emails, and CRM software.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred).
• Experience: 1-3 years in relevant field (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
