You are a Sales Professional at Atominos Consulting with a full-time hybrid role based in India and other global locations. You will travel extensively, with 75% of your time spent on travel and the remaining 25% working from the office or home. Your primary responsibilities include generating leads, pitching services to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Collaboration with the marketing team to develop strategies, attending networking events, and building strong client relationships will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Previous experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and deal closure is essential. Knowledge of CRM software and sales strategies is required, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Being goal-oriented with a strong drive for results is crucial. Experience in the tech industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
