Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executives to join our team. Your primary role will involve cold calling potential clients in the US market during night hours, introducing our services, understanding client requirements, and building meaningful relationships to generate leads.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers in the US.
• Clearly and effectively communicate product and service information.
• Identify customer needs and tailor pitches accordingly.
• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Achieve monthly lead generation targets.
• Regularly follow-up with potential leads.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in CRM.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate with a background in CBSE/ICSE education.
• Exceptional English speaking and listening skills.
• Comfortable speaking to unknown individuals and building rapport quickly.
• Highly motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic about sales.
• Willingness to work night shifts catering to the US market.
• Availability to attend twice-monthly meetings at our Cherplassery office.
• Ability to attend an initial 1-week training at the office location.
