Sales Person (Artificial Flowers Shop)

Job Title: Counter Sales Associate - Artificial Flowers Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and motivated Counter Sales Associate to join our team and provide exceptional service to customers in our artificial flower shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of artificial floral products, excellent communication skills, and a flair for creating visually appealing displays. This role involves direct customer interaction to assist with product selection, processing sales, and maintaining the shop's aesthetic.  Responsibilities: Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding suitable artificial flowers and arrangements. Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and care. Process sales accurately, including handling cash and credit card transactions. Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.  Product & Store Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and displays. Assist with restocking inventory and implementing merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation. Track inventory levels, identify stock shortages, and report them to management.  Operations: Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally. Ensure that all customer inquiries are answered promptly and accurately. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a secure and efficient work environment.  Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role is preferred with minimum 5 years of experience.  Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills with a positive and friendly demeanor.  Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.  Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and demonstrate knowledge of artificial floral products and arrangements.  Attention to Detail: An eye for detail to ensure products are displayed attractively.  Technical Skills: Basic math proficiency for processing transactions.  Preferred Attributes: A passion for flowers and interior design.
