As an experienced Sales Professional in the architectural products industry, your role at Area27 will involve identifying and developing new business opportunities, creating dealer networks, and focusing on upcoming hospital and building projects. You will be responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, building strong customer relationships, conducting market research, negotiating deals with clients, and coordinating with supply chain and logistics teams. Additionally, you will update management on sales performance and participate in trade fairs and exhibitions for business development. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities within the architectural products industry. - Create dealer networks to ensure repeat and increased business. - Core focus on upcoming hospital and building projects. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty. - Conduct market research to identify new prospects, competitor activities, and industry trends. - Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close profitable deals. - Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely order delivery. - Regularly update management on sales performance, forecasts, and market developments. - Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events for business development. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). - 35 years of experience in sales within the mica, plywood, laminates, or building materials industry/ Brand is mandatory. - Strong understanding of dealer/distributor networks and market channels. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. - Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories. - Self-motivated, result-oriented, and team player.
