The Role
The role involves developing and managing partnerships for EV charging station deployment, identifying strategic locations, and driving business growth. You will be part of the Business Development Team and will lead charging infrastructure expansion.You will establish and maintain strong relationships with Auto OEMs, Fleet Operators, NBFCs, Banks, real estate developers, commercial property owners, retail chains, and other potential charging station hosts.You will also drive site acquisition, partnership negotiations, and development of new business models for charging infrastructure deployment.To join our team, you should be:* Graduate from Tier-1 college, high-energy sales professionals with 2-3 (max) years of experience in B2B sales.* Strategic thinker with strong business development capabilities.* Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and complex deal structures.* Passionate about electric vehicles and clean energy infrastructure. P.S. While experience in EV charging is not necessary, prior exposure to infrastructure sales or OEM partnerships will be an added advantage. Experience in EV Charging Infra will give you an edge.You are a perfect fit, if you have * Strong understanding of infrastructure business with proven partnership track record.* Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.* Experience in location analysis and site acquisition.* Ability to structure and close complex partnership deals.* Strong analytical skills for market assessment and feasibility studies.* Knowledge of EV charging ecosystem and infrastructure requirements.
