Sales Partner

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Partner to join our growing team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. This is a high-impact role for professionals with strong networking and client handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential clients including individuals, corporates, builders, and real estate agents.
• Promote the company’s construction services including design-build, turnkey projects, renovations, and custom construction solutions.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to understand requirements and offer suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, execution, and estimation) for proposal generation and project delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to improve offerings.
• Maintain proper documentation and CRM records of sales leads and progress.
• Represent the company at industry events, expos, and property exhibitions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in sales within the construction industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical details and explain them to clients.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
