Sales Partner

As an Interior Design Sales professional at 5D Home Space, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their interior design needs and transforming spaces into reflections of their personality. With our unique 5D philosophy - Discuss, Delve, Design, Deploy, Decorate - every project is personalized, precise, and professionally managed from concept to completion. Your main responsibilities will include identifying potential leads through various channels, qualifying prospects, introducing them to our interior design solutions, and maintaining accurate records of prospects, follow-ups, and conversions. Additionally, you will collaborate with our design team to ensure a seamless client onboarding process and strive to meet and exceed project conversion targets. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in lead generation, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in interior design, real estate, or related sectors. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with being self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Knowledge of current interior design trends would be advantageous. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad, with a commission-based compensation structure. You will earn a percentage for each project successfully converted from your leads, along with performance incentives for high converters.
