###Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Interior Design Sales professional. The primary responsibilities include assisting clients with their interior design needs, generating sales leads, space planning, and recommending appropriate furniture and decor. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

### Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential leads via online platforms, real estate networks, referrals, and other sources.

- Qualify prospects and introduce them to our interior design solutions.

- Maintain accurate records of prospects, follow-ups, and conversions.

- Coordinate with our design team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.

- Strive to meet and exceed project conversion targets.

### Requirements

- Prior experience in lead generation, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in interior design, real estate, or related sectors).

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Knowledge of current interior design trends is a plus.

### Compensation

- Commission-based: Earn a percentage for each project successfully converted from your leads.

- Performance incentives for high converters.
