Role Overview

We are looking for Customer Support Volunteers to assist patients and families by handling queries over the phone. This role involves guiding callers with the right information, showing empathy, and supporting them in connecting with our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming calls from patients and families.
• Provide accurate information about our centre and programs.
• Assist in addressing queries with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain basic records of calls and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth communication.
